DiscordDTE is an offline drum detection and replacement extension for Ableton Live that turns an arrangement audio selection into editable triggers, then prints velocity-matched replacement audio, MIDI, and clicks.

DTE is an offline drum detection and replacement extension for Ableton Live that turns an arrangement audio selection into editable triggers, then prints velocity-matched replacement audio, MIDI, and clicks. Select a drum recording in the Arrangement, analyze it, adjust or edit the detected triggers, and capture replacement sounds directly from Live or drop in WAV/AIFF samples. DTE organizes multiple samples into velocity layers and previews the processed replacement before printing. MIDI, click, and audio outputs can be enabled independently, allowing any combination to be printed in the same operation. You might find this useful if working with multitrack live drum recordings and want to add kick or snare replacement layers to a performance as a key usecase (that's primarly what i designed it for in my own use case.
